Tenants have the ability to submit maintenance requests through the Tenant Portal. However, you also have the ability to manually create a maintenance request in Property Vista CRM.
To do so, go to Maintenance --> Maintenance Requests --> +New Maintenance Request
Select the Building, and fill out the relevant information regarding the maintenance request.
