You can view maintenance requests with details and images directly on the Inspector App. As seen below: The orange icons represent inspections, and the purple icons represent maintenance requests; The house icons represent a unit level inspection/ maintenance request, and the building icons represent a building level inspection/ maintenance request. Select the building in question.
Choose from existing maintenance requests, previously existing via the CRM.
Filter through existing maintenance requests, previously existing via the CRM.
Click into the chosen maintenance request.
Action the maintenance request as required straight from the app; choose from 'Resolve', 'Action Required', or 'Schedule'.
