To create a maintenance request via the CRM system navigate to Maintenance -> Maintenance Requests -> New Maintenance Requests.
Once the details of the created maintenance request have been entered and you have pressed 'Save', you are able to action the maintenance request as required. The maintenance request will be automatically assigned to the role configured into your maintenance request policy details.
Assign Owner
Action to assign an owner to the existing maintenance request
Remove Owner
Action to remove an owner from the existing maintenance request
Schedule
Action to schedule the existing maintenance request
Action Required
Action will generate a purchase requisition in relation to the existing maintenance request; visible in the 'Purchasing History' tab
Resolve
Action to resolve the existing maintenance request; a tenant has the ability to reopen a resolved maintenance request based on your policy configuration
Cancel
Action to cancel the existing maintenance request
Download Report
Action to download the maintenance request report
