Configure your Maintenance Request policies as required via Administration. Navigate to Administration -> Policies -> Maintenance & Inspection -> Maintenance Request Policies, Maintenance Request Report Policies.

Define your policy details; choose who has visibility to incoming maintenance requests in addition to defining when a maintenance request can be re-opened by a tenant once its been already closed.
Categorize your maintenance request objects in their respective area. Add/remove objects within areas as required.
Customize and configure what tenants see in their portal.

Based on your availability and working hours; Configure your tenant preferred time windows where maintenance requests can be addressed, in addition to setting notice hours and window hours dedicated to the resolution and addressing of maintenance requests.
