Configure your Maintenance Request settings as required via Administration. Navigate to Administration -> Settings -> Maintenance & Inspection -> Inspection Objects, Inspection Areas.
Inspection Objects are defined as objects within an area that are to be checked during a maintenance request. Create inspection objects as required; in correspondence to the inspection area (i.e. bedroom, bathroom, etc) and inspection level (i.e. building, unit). Specify if objects are an emergency.
Inspection Areas are defined as areas that are checked during a maintenance request; areas in which inspection objects are categorized - Area: Kitchen, Inspection Object: Plumbing, Floor, etc. As seen below:
