Once a building and its floorplans are setup, you are ready to begin setting up the units.
To add a unit navigate to -- PROPERTIES -> BUILDINGS -> Select the Building -> Click on the UNITS tab -> New Unit
Under the 'General' tab, complete the following forms as required and 'Save'.
|Economic Status||Specify the economic status - From the given dropdown|
|Economic Status Description||Add a description and details on the economic status - If applicable|
|Floor||Specify the floor the unit is on|
|Number||Specify the unit number|
|Area||Specify the square footage of the unit|
|Area Units||Choose from the given dropdown - Sq. Feet or Sq. Meters|
|Marketing Labels||If applicable - Create and add custom marketing labels for each unit|
|Internal Labels||If applicable - Create and add custom internal labels for each unit|
|Suspended||If applicable - Suspend the unit by checking this box off|
|Waitlist||If applicable - Give the ability for prospects to be added to a waitlist for the given unit|
Under the 'Legal Address' tab, you may specify if the unit address is different from the building address. If so, check off the box beside the statement 'Is different from Building Address' - And, enter the respective address details.
Once the unit has been created and saved, you may proceed with setting the unit status. To set the Availability status click HERE
