Adding Property Owners and Assigning Buildings

Owners are required in many aspects of the Property Vista system. They link to accounting, bank accounts, expenses, purchase orders and many more. It is important they are added in at the start. Please see the process below.

STEP 1:  Navigate to → ADMINISTRATION → FINANCIAL → ACCOUNTING → PROPERTY OWNERS

STEP 2: Click on New Property Owner and fill out corresponding information

Business Name Input Business Name
Fiscal Year End Input Fiscal Year End 
Country Input Country
Street Number Input Street Number 
Street Name Input Street name
Suite Number Input Suite Number (if applicable)
Province Input Province
City Input City
Postal Code Input Postal Code

After filling out the required fields, click SAVE. You will notice that the Properties tab becomes available to click.

 

STEP 3: Navigate to Properties Tab → Add Ownership Records → Select Properties → Select OK

Once this is complete you have created the Owner and attached the properties associated with the owner, this task is complete.
