STEP 1: Navigate to Properties → Units → Select your Unit
STEP 2: Once the unit has been Selected, you may proceed with setting the unit status. To set the status, Navigate to → Actions → Scope
Status's include:
| Available | Unit will become available for all new leases to be added. |
| Off-Market | Ensures the unit does not appear as an option when creating new or current leases. |
| Renovation |
This will allow you to set a future date that the unit will be available by. |
You may also set the status to a 'Pending' status. However, the unit must first be set to one of the three status's above (available, off-market, or renovation), and then you may proceed with setting the unit to 'Pending'.
| Pending | The unit will become available for all current leases (i.e. leases that have a past start date). |
