Adding a Complex is a useful administrative tool in order to be able to manage multiple properties at the same time. Once set up, you will be able see certain views as a 'batch' of more than one building, including Maintenance, Leases, Applications, Availability, Arrears, Payments etc. You will be able to set your scope to a complex level and all policies set up will affect all buildings under that complex.
STEP 1: Navigate to -- PROPERTIES -> COMPLEXES
STEP 2: Under the 'General' tab, fill in LEGAL NAME and WEBSITE
STEP 3: Under the 'Buildings' tab, click ADD. Once here, select the buildings you wish to add to your complex
STEP 4: Select your primary building (This is the lead building you will see in the complex)
Once you have completed this process, you can now view/export information that you need.
