Adding Building Contacts

Once you have added your buildings to Property Vista (HERE), it is beneficial to add the contacts which will assist the users of your system.

The contacts you will input here will allow to have a better tracking on which contacts is managing which buildings. 

 

Navigate to -- PROPERTIES -> BUILDINGS -> Select any building --> CONTACTS

Contacts are divided into two categories:

1. ORGANIZATION CONTACTS - you will be able to choose from a list of your employees in the Property Vista system.

Person Select the employee name
Email Input the email
Description You can here add explanation for the role/responsibilities that the Employee has
Work Phone/Mobile Phone/Home Phone Input the phone number

 

2. PROPERTY CONTACTS - you will be able to choose the role type for each property contact and add their contact details.

Type Select the specific role for the Property Contact: Main Office, Administrator, Site Staff, Pool, Pool Emergency, Elevator, Intercom, Laundry, Point of Sales and Fire Monitoring
Name Select the contact name
Visibility You can decide if you want the Property Contacts information published (website) for the buildings being: Internal, Tenant or Public
Description You can here add explanation for the role/responsibilities that the Property Contact has
Phone Input the phone number
Email Input the email


To edit, click on the little pencil. Once done, click on Save.
