Property Vista CRM
Improvements
- We have added a new option called Initial Charges From to Policies > Finance > Billing. This new setting allows flexible options for users to select from which start date the system will calculate the prorated rent.
- This setting has the following options
- Lease From: When this option is selected, the system calculates the prorated rent based on the Lease From date of the lease.
- Expected Move In: When this option is selected, the system calculates the prorated rent based on the Expected Move-In Date of the lease.
- Actual Move In: When this option is selected, the system calculates the prorated rent based on the Actual Move-In Date of the lease.
- This setting has the following options
- For Yardi users, we have added a new option called Full Month Date - Lease Update to Policies > Application / Leasing > Lease Agreement Policies > Settings > Tenancy Starts. This new option defines the lease start date for the lease agreement when the move-in date for an approved lease is changed in Yardi. With this new option, the prorated rent will now be updated in the lease agreement, provided that the agreement is not yet signed by the tenant(s).
Fixes
- The Rent Roll Report will no longer show future date increases on the Last Increased Date column.
Property Vista Accounting
Improvements
- The system now has an improved search capability for Pay Expenses when searching for GL Payment Accounts. The GL Payment Accounts field will return any GL Account Number that contains the input value, rather than returning an exact match.
- The system now allows users to unlink or link credits to charges, both from the Invoice Credit and the Invoice Debit pages. When a credit is unlinked, the system populates the date of the action under the Removed column of the Debit/Credit Links table.
Fixes
- The system now allows users to suspend Vendors which are associated with any expenses, provided that the expenses are not yet submitted.
- The system no longer shows a Bill run error on the Lease Adjustment Batch when the Override Default Tax is set to Yes.
- The system no longer moves payments and credits that are fully or partially applied from one charge to another charge.

- Users now have the ability to generate a Maintenance Request via Inspector App
- Back-end changes for Inspection Policy Updates
- Back-end changes to Inspection Security Deposit workflow
- Back-end changes to add Charges and Labor values to Inspections
- Vista Websites: Update to Floor plan widget to set “Starting From” pricing as default on all sites, replacing the price range previously displayed
- Property Vista CRM: Update to Unit/Building Inspection Reports to include “Date + Time” of Inspection submission
Fixes
- Prospect Portal: Fix to remove date of birth requirement as mandatory field when pet policy is configured
- Property Vista CRM: Fix to new “Associated Floor plans” feature to allow editing of Beds/Baths fields in custom floor plans (for Yardi-enabled PMCs only)
- Vista Websites: Update to Floor plan widget virtual tour link to use CRM value in place of Collections value
