Property Vista CRM

Improvements

We have added a new “Portfolio” filter option on the Availability report so you can now generate this report by portfolio.
We have added the Portfolios column and filter to the Outstanding Inspection Items, and Former Leases listers so you can easily filter the records by Portfolio.
Users can now delete Lease Application documents to easily manage and correct any documents uploaded in error.
Users can now connect to the Property Vista CRM via Okta’s single sign-on SAML integration.

Fixes

The system will now send correct email subjects for notice email notifications.
The system will now allow you to download Paper Notice Scans on Tenant Notices without error.

Improvements

Users now have the ability to configure the budget for property management operations and have the ability to compare the actual amounts spent to the existing budget for a period of time.
For Yardi PMCs, when the Yardi Purchasing Mode is "Purchase Order", the CRM will now push final purchase requisition approval details into Yardi at the time that the purchase order is synced.

Fixes

The CRM no longer allows posting journal entries from Journal Batches on a closed month and displays a warning message to the user.
