As part of the new phone service structure, you will have the ability to export and download the Tracking Numbers for all properties. The tracking numbers file will include information from each of the Phone Service’s tabs (from Phone Numbers until Greetings).
Note: Users who previously had access to update tracking numbers from the old phone service structure will have access to this feature.
If additional user group needs to have access to this feature, please inform the Support Team by submitting a Support Ticket at support.propertyvista.com as additional permission is required to be enabled.
Below are the step-by-step procedures on how to export and download tracking numbers:
1. From Lead Managing’s Dashboard page, click on Settings
2. Click Start Managing under Tracking Numbers
3. Click Export Tracking Numbers
4. Wait for the system to process the file
5. Click on Download Export Tracking Numbers once file is processed to download the file
6. A file will be downloaded to your computer that shows all routing configurations per tracking number. There are multiple tabs on the exported file that shows detailed information regarding each tracking number's configuration.
