As part of the new phone service structure, you will have the ability to assign existing phone numbers to Routes and Media Sources.
Note: Users who previously had access to update tracking numbers from the old phone service structure will have access to this feature.
If additional user group needs to have access to this feature, please inform the Support Team by submitting a Support Ticket at support.propertyvista.com as additional permission is required to be enabled.
Below are the step-by-step procedures on how to assign existing phone tracking number(s) to Routes and Media Sources in Lead Managing:
Note: An existing Route and tracking number is needed when updating. If there are no existing Routes, please follow the steps in Creating Routes.
1. From Lead Managing’s Dashboard page, click on Settings
2. Click Start Managing under Tracking Numbers
3. Click the Phone Numbers tab
4. Look up the phone number(s) you wish to update
5. Click the corresponding checkbox of your identified phone number(s)
6. Once you’re ready to update, click Edit
7. A table will appear at the top with a dropdown for Route Configuration and Media Source.
You may update either:
a. Both Route and Media Source for the selected numbers OR
b. Only update the assigned Route OR
c. Only update the assigned Media Source
8. Once you’ve made your selection, click Submit to apply the changes
