This article shows you how to set your rent increase as per your organizational guidelines
Click on Administration > Policies > Finance > Rent Increase Guidelines Policies > Organization.
4) Go to the General Tab and click Edit
5) You can now set up rent increase effective and expiration dates and set the % by which the rent will increase. Once you have your desired guideline, click save. For Above Guideline Increases, please click on link
