Communication Consent on Portal

Tenants are able to change their consent regarding Communications received. If a tenant would like to change the consent options they will need to follow the below steps.

 

STEP 1: Sign into tenant portal Select Name → Select My Account Select Edit

STEP 2: Select the box to agree to receiving the types of communications for each category they would like to receive. Unselect if they do not want to receive these types of communications for each category.

STEP 3: Select Save
