Getting Started with the Tenant Portal

Upon first login to the tenant portal, tenant's will be prompted to sign their lease, set up auto pay, and purchase insurance or attain a quote.

Lease Agreement

Upon first login, tenants will be prompted to sign their lease. Upon signing they will have the ability to download a copy of the draft agreement.

Auto Pay

Upon first login, tenants will be prompted to setup auto pay. If the tenant does not want to setup auto pay, they may proceed by pressing the X button (as below). This popup is shown to tenants only once at the time of their first login for a lease to setup their portal or after a tenant has reset their password

The autopay setup pop-up is not shown to tenants again and they may set this up at any point in the future by navigating to billing & payments – autopay agreements – add Autopay.

Insurance

Upon first login, tenants will be prompted to purchase insurance or attain a quote. If the tenant does not want to purchase insurance or attain a quote, they may proceed by pressing the X button (as below).

This popup is shown to tenants only once at the time of their first login for a lease to setup their portal or after a tenant has reset their password.

The tenant may purchase insurance or attain a quote at any point in the future by navigating to Insurance – Top right corner – Provide proof of insurance OR Free Quote/Buy Insurance.

Getting Started Almost Complete

Upon completion of the above, tenants will be able to proceed to the homepage of the tenant portal by following the prompts below. The general consent is asked once, but tenants can choose to change their preferences by navigating to top right corner of the Dashboard screen – Select tenant initials – My Account – choose Edit to update communication preferences.
