Lease Agreement
Upon first login, tenants will be prompted to sign their lease. Upon signing they will have the ability to download a copy of the draft agreement.
Auto Pay
Upon first login, tenants will be prompted to setup auto pay. If the tenant does not want to setup auto pay, they may proceed by pressing the X button (as below). The tenant may set this up at any point in the future.

Insurance
Upon first login, tenants will be prompted to purchase insurance or attain a quote. If the tenant does not want to purchase insurance or attain a quote, they may proceed by pressing the X button (as below). The tenant may purchase insurance or attain a quote at any point in the future.
Getting Started Almost Complete
Upon completion of the above, tenants will be able to proceed to the homepage of the tenant portal by following the prompts below.
