Tickets - Submitting a Message

Tenants have the ability to send messages to you through the Property Vista Tenant Portal.

Step 1: Click the Messages tab on the left sidebar



Step 2: Click + New Message, or, they can view a message that they have sent or received in the past



Step 3: Fill out the subject and body, as well as add an attachment if necessary. Once this is done, press submit
