Inspection Reports - Advisory on image threshold for system-generated PDF reports

The Property Vista CRM supports the generation of PDF reports for various inspection types once submitted or completed by administrative users. In this article, we will review a historical limitation that was put in place for the number of images attached to these reports in order to minimize impact to system performance.

System Threshold set to 50 images for Inspection Report PDFs

Due to requests from partner organizations, as well as concerns related to system memory and performance, a historical image threshold has been implemented for completed inspections that only allows the first 50 images attached to the unit or building inspection to be included when a PDF document is generated from the Property Vista CRM. After the first 50 images have been applied, the inspection report will populate with all additional information, including inspection object status and any required actions or additional notes. However, any images attached to the inspection after the first 50 will not be included in the PDF document generated by the system. Please note that all images attached to the inspection remain persistent and will still be accessible via the CRM.

This threshold is currently being addressed with a long-term solution that will allow CRM users to generate PDF reporting for inspections without limiting the number of images included in the corresponding report.
