You should now create an inspection. To do so, go to MAINTENANCE -> UNIT INSPECTIONS -> Select +NEW UNIT INSPECTION
Complete the different sections:
Select the building and unit you are inspecting.
Select the policy name- we are choosing Repairs and Maintenance and you will notice a new section call 'inspection type' will pop up. Here you will be required to choose whether you are completing a move in/ move out/ pre move out or periodic.
You will notice that the 'lease' requirement will exist for move in and move out and the system will force you to link it to an actual lease. For periodic you will not be forced to do this as we presume a periodic inspection can be performed at any time on a unit, with any tenant living there.
Choose your inspection date (you can pick a past or future date).
Select SAVE.
Now the Inspection will appear on the Inspector App!
Once you go through the Mobile App inspection and hit submit (please click HERE for this overview) you will be able to DOWNLOAD REPORT in ACTIONS.
