Highlight Feature
We’ve added a new Blocklist feature that lets authorized users block unwanted phone numbers for SMS directly within the LeadManaging platform. This gives your team greater control over communication, helping reduce spam and protect your workflows.
Currently, the feature supports SMS blocking, future updates will include call and email blocking. These upcoming enhancements will provide even more robust tools to help you stay in control and maintain secure, streamlined communications.
Customer Benefit: This enhancement helps you keep your communication channels clear and focused by preventing distractions from unwanted senders right from your dashboard.
Improvements
- Expanding on this Blocklist feature, the SMS Blocklist provides detailed control by preventing messages from blocked numbers from being delivered, stored, or triggering guestcards or events. Users cannot reply to or initiate SMS conversations with these numbers but can unblock them to restore messaging; messages sent during the block period remain inaccessible. This feature is available for users with "Manage Blocklist" permission. If you’re interested in turning on this feature for a user group, please reach out to our support team.
- LeadManaging’s Dashboard Reporting has been improved to display the exact unit price shown at the time of each booking or inquiry. This provides more accurate historical records and ensures the original price presented to prospects is clearly reflected.
- We’ve improved the Smart Survey’s post-tour survey to better handle situations where a scheduled tour didn’t happen. Prospects are now asked if they were able to complete the tour, and if not, they can provide the reason such as agent no-show, unit unavailability, or not a tour appointment. This helps capture more accurate feedback and ensures timely follow-up when needed.
- We've improved the arrival notification process for scheduled tours. When a prospect confirms they’ve arrived at the property, their phone number will now be included in the message sent to the leasing agent. This helps ensure smoother communication in case follow-up or coordination is needed.
- We updated the branding for events answered by the virtual assistant to reflect the "Vivian" branding. This change was applied across the Dashboard, To Dos, and Guest Card sections to ensure consistent and clear naming throughout these areas.
- A new toggle feature has been added to the Leads (formerly To-Do’s) page in both Card View and List View, allowing users to easily switch between "To-Do’s," which displays leads that still require action and haven’t been contacted by a Live Agent or Vivian Virtual Agent, and "Processed Leads," which shows leads that have already been contacted. This update helps reduce confusion, improves visibility, and supports a more efficient lead management workflow.
- Users can now set a preferred time zone when creating or editing profiles within LeadManaging. This ensures that calendar events such as appointments, out-of-office entries, and synced Outlook events (ICS), display accurately based on each user's time zone. If a time zone is not set, events will continue to follow the building's default time zone. The selected time zone will now reflect beside the Appointment Time when viewing a Staff Calendar. Click here to know more about how to update a user’s time zone. Important Note: The time zone update will apply to future calendar events after the next sync. Events already on the calendar will stay in their original time.
Fixes
- We have resolved a bug where the number of leased leads did not match between Site Performance and Building Notes. This fix ensures that the leased leads count is now consistent across both sections.
- The issue causing users to be redirected to the login page when clicking “Reply” from the New SMS Received Email Notification has been fixed. Now, clicking “Reply” correctly opens the SMS chat thread in LeadManaging, enabling seamless messaging between staff and prospects. This improvement ensures smoother communication and eliminates previous access problems.
- The Drill Down Report under “All Media” now correctly displays the total number of Emails Responded. This resolves an issue where the count showed as zero, even when response activity was present. The report now accurately reflects both Email and Email Track events.
