Improvements
- Defined and applied consistent logic for displaying the Top 5 and Bottom 5 Properties in the Conversions Page. This ensures accurate and clear ranking of properties based on conversion rates for Prospect → Tour and Prospect → Lease milestones, providing reliable insights into property performance.
- Implemented the Unique Prospect Conversion chart to show the percentage of unique prospects reaching their first milestone, grouped by Media Source or Inquiry Type. Added trend view support, milestone and filter inheritance, default Prospect → Lease view on direct access, and deduplication to count each prospect only once per milestone.
- Implemented accurate display logic for the Top 5 and Bottom 5 Agents tables on the Conversions Page so the conversion percentages reflect correct grouping, deduplication, and selected filters. Defined clear rankings for Prospect → Tour and Prospect → Lease conversions using whole number percentages, providing a reliable view of agent performance consistent with other conversion related reports.
- Updated the label in the Dashboard Report Site Performance section from Applications to Application (Contact Stage) to provide clearer clarity on what the metric represents and to help avoid confusion with inquiries.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where all-day recurring events from Outlook were not displaying correctly in LeadManaging. Moving forward, all-day events will be handled properly and show as expected in the calendar.
- Addressed the discrepancy between Self Guided Tour (SGT) data in the Dashboard Page and Exports. Updated the data to ensure consistency, so the numbers in the Dashboard and exported reports now match accurately.
