Enhanced the lease application workflow to better align the Leasing Engine experience with Yardi. Application approvals and lease signings now trigger the appropriate events, and signed lease documents are automatically sent to Yardi.
Customer Benefit: This update ensures a smoother, more reliable flow of leasing information, helping onsite teams reduce manual work and avoid delays during lease execution.
Improvements
- Updated the Application Submission Confirmation Email to provide a clearer and more user-friendly experience for leasing agents. The email now displays the outcome of the submission without technical codes, includes next steps when a submission fails, and shows the tenant ID when a lease is successfully created. The “Sign In” button has also been fixed to redirect correctly to the Leasing Engine (LE) Admin page.
- Improved the lease signing process to ensure signed leases and key details are reliably sent to the property management system. Clear confirmations with tenant IDs and lease copies are now provided, reducing confusion. Notifications are sent if any delivery issues occur, providing easy access to resolve them. This update enhances accuracy and communication throughout lease execution.
Fixes
- Corrected the application status display so that applications in the verification stage now show the correct step and stage information. This update prevents confusion by ensuring the progress shown matches the real status of the application.
