Improvements

1. We have updated the Maintenance Request module to ensure that all CRM users can now view maintenance requests they create, regardless of their assigned role. This change improves transparency and ensures users can easily track and manage the requests they’ve submitted.

2. Fixed an issue where payments from previously linked bank accounts were missing in the Aggregated Transfer Report after the accounts were unlinked from buildings. The report now correctly includes transactions from both current and previously associated bank accounts, ensuring accurate totals.
