October 2025 LeadManaging Product Updates

Improvements

  • The Beta Reports Overview page has been updated with a new global filter design. Users can now select properties and custom date ranges more easily, with the filters reflecting only properties assigned to the logged-in user. The Trend View default is set to WoW, and users can adjust the trend view and date selection independently. A new action menu (Print All, Export, Email) has been added for future functionality. These updates ensure that the filters provide a consistent experience across the Overview page, helping users analyze data more effectively.
  • Implemented updates to Guest Cards marked as Spam, Not Qualified, Junk, or Lost/Other to stop further follow-up actions by Vivian. Goals are removed, status is adjusted, and priority is lowered to reflect their updated stage. This prevents continued nurturing of leads that are no longer active or qualified.
  • Updated the KPI tiles on the Conversions page to provide consistent and clear performance metrics based on the selected time period. The tiles now show counts of prospects, appointments, and tours tied to prospect creation dates, helping users quickly understand activity levels. The conversion rate tile highlights the percentage of prospects who signed leases within the same period, offering clear insight into leasing success. This update ensures data alignment across reports and accurate tracking based on the chosen trend view.
  • Implemented a Milestone selector on the Conversions page in Beta Reports. Users can now choose a milestone from the dropdown to view related conversion data. The page defaults to “Prospect to Lease” and updates automatically based on user selection or when redirected from related reports.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue in the Beta Reports right-side panel where properties with 0% values in the Current, Previous, and Change columns were incorrectly displaying a trend. With this update, properties with 0% values no longer show any trend, ensuring a cleaner and more accurate data display within the Summary-Properties tab.
  • Updated the Beta Reports Overview page by removing the Info ⓘ icon from the Property/Building picker search bar. This icon was originally intended to provide information about a feature that was not yet available. Since users can now fully interact with the Property/Building selector, the icon has been removed to avoid confusion and improve the clarity of the interface. This update ensures a more streamlined and user-friendly experience.
  • Resolved an issue where changing the date range on the default week-over-week (WoW) filter caused errors in the side panel reports. Users can now update the date range to compare different weeks without issues and view accurate data.
  • Addressed an issue where the “Select All” option was missing from the building picker in Beta Reports. Users can now easily select all assigned buildings through the updated Dashboard Filters.
  • Resolved an issue where an error message appeared when opening the Conversions page in Beta Reports. The page now loads without errors, and all KPI tiles function as expected.
  • Fixed an issue in Beta Reports where searching for a selected building caused its checkbox to appear unchecked without updating the building count. Now, selected buildings remain checked when searched, and unchecking a building properly updates the selection and count.
  • Resolved an issue in the Conversions Report where trending icons were displayed for Sources and Agents, even when there were no data changes. Icons will no longer appear if the Current, Previous, and Change values are all 0%, ensuring a more accurate and consistent display across all tabs.

  • Resolved an issue causing inaccurate call counts on the Dashboard Site Performance when using the "Calls over 30 seconds" filter. The update ensures all qualifying calls are now correctly counted, providing a more accurate view of site performance.
  • Addressed an issue causing a discrepancy between Event Time records. The Event Time in Building Notes now aligns with the Event Time displayed in the Guest Card’s Event History and To Do’s “Has Been Processed” section.
  • Resolved an issue in the Quick Event modal so updates to location and desired suite type are now saved. Changes to values are now properly saved as expected.
  • Addressed an issue in the Staff Calendar where confirmed appointments were not displaying. Appointments now appear correctly and consistently when viewed in both Staff and Building Calendar views.
  • Fixed an issue where leads from bookings were not counted as prospects, ensuring Beta Reports show accurate prospect and conversion counts.
