How to Update Staff's Time Zone for LeadManaging Calendar

Managing schedules across different time zones can be challenging without the right setup. To help maintain clarity and consistency in your team’s calendar, it’s important to ensure each staff member’s time zone is correctly configured.

This article explains how to update a staff member’s time zone in LeadManaging's calendar.

  1. In LeadManaging, go to Settings.
  2. Click on Start Managing under Users.
  3. Select Add New User to create a new user or choose an existing user and click Edit User Info.
  4. In the Time zone dropdown, select the appropriate UTC-based time zone (ranging from UTC+0:00 to UTC-10:00).
  5. Click Save Changes.

The selected time zone will now reflect beside the Appointment Time when viewing a Staff Calendar.

Important Note: The time zone update will apply to future calendar events after the next sync. Events already on the calendar will stay in their original time.
