From time to time an application may be signed manually. With that, you may download the application form for signing and manually upload the signed copy in the system to validate the application has been signed.
Below are the steps that you may follow if you want to generate an application form for manual signing:
Step 1: Download the Application Form
Navigate to Marketing & Rentals > Lease Applications > Click the lease application in question > Click Documents > Select Manually Sign Application
This will download a PDF file containing the application form that the applicant may sign manually.
Step 2: Upload the signed Application Form
Once the application form has been signed, you may proceed in uploading the signed application document to the system indicating the applicant who signed the application.
Navigate to Marketing & Rentals > Lease Applications > Click the lease application in question > Click Documents > Select Upload Signed Application
