Leasing FAQ: How to redo an application for an existing applicant (ie, unit change or other changes)

From time to time an applicant has completed their portion of an application, but for whatever reason, the unit is not available anymore and/or they need to make amendments to their application. 

We recommend following the steps below.

 

Step 1: Cancel the Application

Navigate to Marketing & Rentals→ Lease Applications→ Select your required application

Select ActionsCancel

Step 2: Create a New Application

Navigate to Marketing & Rentals→ Lease Applications→ +New Lease Application

Step 3: Instead of creating a “New” tenant for the applicationchoose Existing

Step 4: All the previous information the tenant completed will be imported into the new application. The tenant now can complete their application with ease. No duplicate data entry.
