When an applicant is no longer interested, you can CANCEL their application. Depending on your settings and policies, you can have applications cancel automatically after a certain period of time.
To manually cancel an application that is In-Progress follow the steps below.
Step 1: Navigate to Marketing & Rentals→ Lease Applications→ Select your required application
Step 2: Select Actions→ Cancel
