In Property Vista, you can determine whether you require insurance for your vendors.
Specifically, you have the ability to set up whether or not WorkSafe or 3rd party insurance is required from your vendors in order for them to complete work in your buildings.
- Go to Administration → Policies → Finance → Vendor Selection. Click on the current policy.
- In the Insurance and WorkSafe tab check the Validate WorkSafe Expiration Date or Validate Insurance Expiration Date if you want to have WorkSafe or 3rd party insurance required from vendors.
