Last Increase Dates

Within each lease you have an area to add in the leases last increase date. This date is ultimately extremely important when it comes to automatic increases if you choose to use them.

If this date is kept blank and you choose to turn on the auto increases the system will create an increase very possibly for as soon as it can. The default setting is for an increase to happen every 12 months. If the lease began in 2018 and has seemingly had no increase since then, the system will generate and increase immediately which will result in an increase of the wrong date.

The last increase date must be set before you do this.
