March 2026 Product Update - 2nd Monthly Release (March 24, 2026)

Additional Application Log Sorting
Logs were displayed out of order, making it difficult to trace issues chronologically.  A fixed was released to remedy this.  Log filenames now use padded numbers (e.g., 01.log instead of 1.log). Logs are now successfully sorted from 00–99, ensuring they appear in the correct order. This allows Property Vista to have improved debugging efficiency and faster issue location within trace logs.
 
Super Admin Role Upgrades
We have resolved the issue where upgrading team members to the Super Admin role would occasionally trigger a "technical support" error. To fix this, we have optimized how these requests are processed and added more efficient data handling to ensure your permission changes are saved successfully. 
 
eCheck Payment Fee Alerts 
We have updated our payment alert system to ensure more accurate notifications regarding eCheck transaction fees. This fix ensures that if a custom fee isn't specifically set for an individual merchant account, the system will correctly reference your default account settings instead of triggering an unnecessary alert. These improvements provide more consistent fee tracking and eliminate confusing notifications during your payment processing workflow.
 
Inspection Photo Upload Error
We have resolved a bug that was triggering errors when saving move-out inspections after uploading photos. This fix ensures that Area Managers can now attach images to inspection objects—even those with existing files—without any interruptions, making the move-out process as smooth as it was meant to be.
