Concessions Sync to CRM/Yardi on Application Completion
Concessions applied during the Leasing Engine application flow are now automatically sent to CRM/Yardi when an application is finalized.
What’s included
- Concession identifiers or external references
- Applied amounts or values
- Term types (e.g., immediate, full-term)
- Associated unit and rent references
What this means
- Lease records in CRM/Yardi accurately reflect the final agreed pricing
- Billing, accounting, reporting, and third-party integrations stay consistent
- No duplicate concessions are created (idempotent handling)
How it works
- When an application is concluded, all applied concessions are transmitted to CRM/Yardi in a lease-ready format
- If no concessions were applied, nothing changes—no concession data is sent
Supported scenarios
- First-month-free or partially discounted leases
- Multiple concessions on a single application
Applications with zero concessions continue to behave as they do today
Yardi Sync Notifications: Edit Button Removed
The Edit button has been removed from Yardi Sync notifications in CRM.
Why this changed
- The Edit button did not perform any action and could cause confusion.
What this means for you
- Yardi Sync notifications are now clearer and less cluttered
No change to Yardi sync behavior or functionality
TenantSure Emails No Longer Sent for Completed Leases
TenantSure email notifications are no longer sent to tenants once a lease has been completed.
What changed
- TenantSure emails are now correctly suppressed for completed leases.
Why this matters
- Tenants will only receive TenantSure communications when action is required
- Prevents unnecessary or confusing emails after a lease is finalized
Expected behavior
- Completed leases do not trigger TenantSure email notifications
Email delivery aligns with the correct lease status configuration
Fire Certificate Inspection Due Date & Reminder Updates
Fire Certificate Inspections in CRM now follow a standardized annual schedule with improved reminder configuration.
What’s new
- All Fire Certificate Inspections must be completed by December 31 each year
- A new configurable “Due In (Days)” setting is available
How it works
- The Due In (Days) value determines when an inspection becomes due after the inspection date
- Once the due date is reached, reminder notifications will begin automatically
Example
- If Due In (Days) is set to 10 and an inspection is dated September 10, 2026, reminders will begin on September 20, 2026
Why this matters
- Provides clearer compliance deadlines
- Gives teams flexibility to control reminder timing
- Helps ensure inspections are completed before year-end requirements
