Service Increase Notice
Service Increase Notices are now generated based on the current batch date.
If a newer batch exists, older batches will no longer generate a Service Increase Notice.
This update ensures the correct Notice of Increase is used and resolves issues when rent increase batches include a mix of automatic and manual increases.
Tenant Portal:
- Resolved an issue preventing PDF attachments from being added to maintenance requests. Users can now upload PDF files without errors.
- Resolved an issue where the Close (X) button was displayed on the left side of the screen instead of the right when setting up My Community.
- Resolved an issue that displayed an incorrect validation message when users entered a high payment amount.
- Terms and Conditions have been updated for 2026.
Yardi PMC Integration
Users can now acknowledge synchronization errors so the same error messages are no longer sent repeatedly. Once acknowledged, these messages will not continue to appear daily.
