Flexible Dating for Fire Certificate Uploads
Property Management Companies (PMCs) now have greater flexibility when uploading Fire Certificates.
Previously, you could only set the certificate date to today or a future date, with a limited backdating option. Now, you can upload your Fire Certificate and select any past date you need.
- How this helps you: This update ensures you can accurately record the certificate's true date, even if you are uploading the document a few days or weeks after its effective date. This is designed for situations where you can’t complete the upload on the same day the work was performed.
Automatic Sync Rerun for Yardi Imports
Previously, a failed Yardi import sync required a manual restart. We have now automated this process. If the Yardi import sync encounters an issue, our system will automatically attempt a rerun without any need for manual intervention. This change ensures a smoother, more seamless flow of your data.
