Highlight Feature

As part of the new Blocklist feature in LeadManaging, the Phone Number Blocklist has been enhanced to improve call handling. Calls from blocked numbers are no longer forwarded to agents or Vivian and do not generate any call activity in the system. Additionally, outbound calls to blocked numbers are now disabled to prevent accidental engagement.

Customer Benefit: This enhancement provides customers with better control over inbound and outbound call activity by automatically filtering out spam and unwanted contacts. It helps reduce agent distractions, improve call handling efficiency, and prevent unnecessary or accidental engagement with blocked numbers which ultimately leads to a more streamlined and productive leasing workflow.

Improvements

  • Improved the agent assignment process to ensure appointments are more evenly distributed among available team members. This helps prevent overloading a single agent and ensures faster response times and better overall service experience.
  • Updated SMS notifications to include the reason for appointment cancellations and reschedules, ensuring clearer communication to recipients. Also corrected an issue in email notifications where an incorrect reason was displayed when no cancellation reason was provided.
  • Improved lease tracking by displaying the Lease Signing Date on the Guestcard page when a prospect is moved to the Lease stage. The date is shown under Prospect Preferences, logged in the Activity Log, and included in Dashboard exports. This update applies only to Guest Cards moved to Lease after the enhancement and is available on the New Guest Card UI.
  • Updated the right-side panel on the Beta Reports Overview page to display metrics that align with the new calculations and logic from the Overview tiles. When a milestone tile is clicked, the panel shows consistent data, including the correct Current Average % and Trend %, with trend arrows indicating performance. Positive trends are shown with a green up arrow, and negative trends with a red down arrow, ensuring clear and accurate information.
  • Made UI adjustments to the Beta Reports Overview page to provide clearer context around filtering options. The Property and Date Range filters are now visibly grayed out and include updated labels and tooltips to explain their current state. The default date range now displays the current month to date, and the inline info text below milestone tiles has been updated to clarify how the data is calculated. These changes help ensure a more transparent and consistent reporting experience as the feature continues to evolve.
  • Updated the Beta Reports - Conversions and Trends Overview milestone tiles and right-side panels to ensure the first event for each prospect is counted, even when there are duplicate events in different months. This change ensures accurate tracking of conversions, with events being recorded in the correct month based on the first event, and nothing is missed due to duplicate events.
  • Added a direct link to the Conversions page under the Beta Reports section in the left-hand menu, making it easier for users to access the report without needing to go through the Overview Summary. This improvement streamlines navigation and enhances the overall user experience.
  • Improved the Beta Reports Overview page by adding a global trend selector, allowing users to switch between Week-over-Week (WoW), Month-over-Month (MoM), Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ), and Year-over-Year (YoY) trends. This update improves data analysis by providing more flexible options to track performance over different time periods. The trend selector applies to all six KPI tiles and line charts, ensuring more accurate reporting. The new selector defaults to Month-over-Month (MoM), and the disabled date picker shows the derived Current and Previous period ranges based on the selected trend.
  • Aligned the data in the right-side panel with the selected trend type from the Beta Reports Overview page. When users select a trend, the same trend and corresponding date ranges are now applied to the detailed view in the right-side panel, with a default view of Month-over-Month (MoM).  This ensures consistency between the summary tiles and the embedded reports for more accurate performance insights.

Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where the Leasing Activity (By Building) chart appeared blank when using the Date Created filter. The chart now consistently displays data regardless of the selected filter, providing clearer visibility into leasing activity.
  • Fixed an issue on the Beta Reports Conversions page where the tooltip text didn’t display when hovering or clicking the help (?) icon next to the "Conversion Summary" section title. The tooltip now appears as expected, providing additional information to users.
  • Resolved an issue where chat transcripts were displaying incorrect characters in LeadManaging, which affected readability and layout. Chat Transcripts now appear correctly, ensuring a smoother and more consistent user experience.
  • Updated the layout on the Conversions page to display the breadcrumb above the page title. This change ensures consistency with the layout used across other Beta Reports pages.
  • Fixed tooltip display on the line chart in the right-side panel of Beta Reports to improve readability. The percentage labels now appear without extra spaces or symbols, and the date format no longer includes a comma after the month. These adjustments ensure consistent and clear information across all milestone tiles.
  • Corrected a formatting issue on the Contact Form where the questionnaire section was displaying incorrectly. The content now appears as intended, consistent with how it displays on other forms, ensuring a clearer and more professional presentation.
  • Fixed a display issue on the new Guest Card where content under Leasing Preferences was not showing correctly. The questionnaire now appears with a hyperlink ensuring a cleaner and more user-friendly experience.
