We’ve improved how uploaded lease agreements are displayed. New lease agreements will now always appear at the bottom of the document list, making it easier to find the latest upload
Billing has been updated to handle mid-month lease renewals. If two lease terms within the same billing period have the same rent amount, the system will now calculate the full monthly charge without proration.
