Highlight Feature

Updated the milestone tiles and charts in the Beta Reports Overview to reflect more accurate conversion metrics using simplified month-based calculations. Current Average % now shows the conversion rate based on activity from the start of the current month to date, while Trend % compares this performance against the previous full month. This ensures clearer insights into recent performance shifts. Charts and data labels were also updated to use month names with clearer context (e.g., "August (Current Month to Date)"), and past averages are now shown as reference text below the charts.

Customer Benefit: This update improves consistency across all reporting surfaces and provides more intuitive performance tracking.

If a user group needs to have access to Beta Reports, please inform the Support Team by submitting a Support Ticket at support.propertyvista.com as additional permission is required to be enabled.

 

Improvements

  • Updated the system to ensure only eligible phone numbers are used for sending outbound SMS. This prevents message delivery issues by blocking the use of toll-free numbers and local numbers without SMS capability. If a message is received on such numbers, replies are automatically sent using a valid alternative within the same building or the PMC-level SMS sender, ensuring uninterrupted communication.
  • Added a rule to the Booking Form to limit how far in advance a prospect can schedule an appointment. When the Prospect Booking Restriction in the Building Configuration is not set, the default maximum is 366 days. If a restriction is set, that limit is applied to control the booking window accordingly.
  • The Push to 3rd Party Sync Log has been updated to make Phone Numbers and Email Addresses clickable hyperlinks, allowing users to easily navigate to the specific Guest Card and Building referenced. If a Prospect does not have a phone number or email, the field will remain blank.
  • We’ve updated the tracking to show changes made by Vivian to the guest card, with all updates now visible in the activity log showing accurate details and timestamps. This enhances transparency and maintains a clear history of modifications.
  • Added a section title, “Conversions and Trends Overview,” above the KPI milestone tiles on the Beta Reports Overview page, along with an info icon (ⓘ) that displays a brief message when hovered, clicked, or tapped. This helps users better understand the context of the metrics shown and supports a more intuitive, self-guided experience.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the Agent field in the Bulk Update feature on the Leads page and Event History only showed users with Admin roles. The field now correctly displays all users associated with the selected buildings, allowing proper assignment regardless of user role.
  • Resolved an issue that prevented new users from being added due to an “Already Exists” email error, even when the email could not be found in the user interface. Users can now be added successfully when the email is not associated with any visible user in LeadManaging.
  • Improved the layout of the Quick Tip text under the Unique Prospect Conversion chart (from Beta Reports > Conversions) by adjusting its position and spacing. The update ensures better readability and consistent display across all chart views.
  • Resolved issues with legend interactions on the Prospects Conversion by Media Source and Unique Prospect Conversion charts under the Beta Reports - Conversions section. All legend items are now fully clickable, and chart bars accurately reflect the selected filters, including proper behavior of the “All” and “Inv” options. This improves clarity and usability when analyzing conversion data.
  • Fixed an issue that caused some Outlook calendar events to appear more than once in LeadManaging’s calendar. The update ensures events are no longer duplicated going forward.
  • Corrected an issue where the Contact Form was not showing the full list of available floorplans or suite types. Availability is now consistent between the Contact Form and Booking Form, ensuring accurate options are offered to prospects.
  • Resolved an issue where system-generated Zoom emails were incorrectly set as the prospect’s primary email address. This caused marketing emails and quotes to be sent to the wrong recipient. The update ensures that the actual email provided during the inquiry is used for all communications, improving message delivery and maintaining accurate customer records across systems.
  • Fixed an issue where the Call Scoring report was not displaying data. The update restores expected functionality, ensuring reports now reflect call scoring activity.
  • Improved the responsiveness of the Conversion Report page to ensure all tiles and UI elements display correctly across different screen sizes and zoom levels. This prevents layout issues such as overlapping buttons and misaligned headers, improving readability and overall usability for users.
