Improvements

We have resolved an issue where tenants could access the Documents page in the tenant portal via a saved link, even when the page was disabled in the backend. Access controls are now properly enforced.

We have addressed an issue where the Final Distribution amount was not appearing in the Owner Statement. The field now correctly reflects the value from the Final Distribution column in the Owner Distributions lister.  

 

For better tracking of activities related to building operations, users are now able to flag a Waste Management inspection, when the waste management service provider forgets to pick up any bins. This Missed Pickup checkbox can be searched for an inspection report, so any recurrences can be easily identified and further investigated. If an inspection is flagged as a Missed Pick up, the Area Comments are mandatory so a possible reason for the missed pickup can be entered. 

 

To improve the generation time of a Waste Management report, as well as to create more focused reports, the Waste Management reporting service now provides for additional useful filters. The new filters are Owners, Portfolios, and Buildings.
