Improvements

  • We've enhanced the email export feature for To Do's to ensure timely delivery, eliminating delays, and ensuring users receive their exported reports exactly when needed.
  • We've made an improvement to allow users with the appropriate guest card access—such as Employees or Super Admins—to update Communication Preferences when a prospect has multiple contact methods (e.g., more than one phone number or email address).

 

Fixes

  • We’ve fixed an issue in the Dashboard Report where a large count of total leads are showing 'No Media Found'. This was caused by orphaned records—events without an associated guest card—that were included in the data, causing the Site Performance and Media Source total and breakdown of leads to show inflated counts. The report now accurately reflects lead activity by excluding these records.
  • We’ve fixed an issue that was preventing reports from being sent using the ‘Email Now’ function, as well as scheduled reports. All email-based report deliveries are now functioning as expected.
