When creating broadcast communications, users will now have better control over how communication fallbacks are handled. When sending messages via text or voicemail, users can now disable email as a fallback if the original delivery method fails. This feature offers greater flexibility and helps prevent redundant messages being sent via email, ensuring a cleaner, more intentional communication experience.
