Highlight Feature

We have addressed our autopay User consent issue, when Users are updating their autopay information and there are convenience fees involved the User consent signature will now be captured and stored in the Property Vista CRM without any issues

 

PV Web Experiences (WEB)

Highlight Feature

Users are now able to generate a Snow Log report. The report will show all details for snow logs based on specified filters. This will allow uses to quickly verify if the required activities related to clearing and salting walking paths have been performed as needed.

 

New Features

The Waste Management inspections no longer show fields which are not relevant to waste management. The interface is now much cleaner, allowing to quickly identify the fields which need to be filled out.

Improvements

The CRM now allows users to run a Waste Management report based on a start date, to signify the start of the period. This was an issue we were encountering with the date range filter. 

The Tenant Portal Messages tab was no showing the correct count of unread messages. After our newest update the Messages tab accurately shows any unread messages so users will not be misled in thinking there are unread messages when there are none. 

The CRM no longer displays an error when selecting the time in the Maintenance Request Schedule. Users can now accurately select the desired time to reflect the request.
