Highlight Feature

We have improved LM and Virtual Agent Vivian’s event synchronization for Not Qualified Prospects. When users update a Guest Card’s Contact Stage to Junk, Spam, Not Qualified, Not Interested, etc. this data is now sent to Vivian in real-time.

 

Improvements

  • The phone number field of the Booking Form has now been improved to make sure that users can add, edit, and delete their numbers seamlessly.
  • Going forward, both inquiry (Call, SMS, Email, and Chat) and appointment events will now be displayed when using filters from Group until Staff (including the filters Lead Category, Inquiry Status, and Prospect Persona). Along with the UI, this change is reflected in the Dashboard Report and Dashboard Extended Report exports.

 

Fixes

  • Date and time data have been corrected for Guest Cards that were showing an invalid date and time stamp.
  • We have fixed the issue where an error pop-up appears when navigating to the reports pages of LM. Users can now navigate the Dashboard and Drill-Down Report freely.
  • We've resolved the issue where the exported Dashboard Report and Dashboard Extended Report displayed each event’s communication thread instead of unique ID/values. The export now accurately reflects the data shown in the Dashboard Site Performance and Dashboard Building Notes.
  • We've resolved the issue where Appointment Results updated via Smart Survey SMS weren't reflected in the system UI. Going forward, the Dashboard Building Notes, Export, Guest Card, and To Do (Leads) page will display the updated results from the Smart Survey SMS in real-time.
  • Vivian’s email response timestamps have been updated to match the event’s correct date and time. Note: The Guest Card and To Do’s timestamps are converted to Eastern Standard Time.
