Highlight Feature

We’ve added a new checkbox option under the Configurations > Booking Intervals > Multiple Bookings field to provide greater flexibility in booking logic.

If the Allow Multiple Bookings per Agent option is checked, the system will allow up to the specified number of bookings in Multiple Bookings for the same agent in a single timeslot. If unchecked, then the specified number of Multiple Bookings is distributed across all available agents (one booking per agent).

By default, the checkbox is unchecked to preserve current functionality for existing PMCs and new PMCs unless updated manually.

Customer Benefit: This enhancement gives PMCs greater control over agent booking logic, ensuring flexible scheduling options while maintaining current behavior by default.

 

Improvements

To enhance security and protect against spam or bot-driven submissions, we’ve added CAPTCHA verification (reCAPTCHA v2) at the end of the Contact/Email form. Users must complete the CAPTCHA before submitting their details, ensuring that only genuine entries are processed. This update improves the accuracy of submissions and safeguards against automated entries.

Customer Benefit: This enhancement provides a more secure experience by preventing spam and ensuring only authentic submissions are received.

 

Fixes

  • We fixed an issue where emailed CSV Drill Down Reports from LeadManaging contained incorrect data values in some columns. Reports generated via the “Export” button matched UI data, but emailed reports did not. Emailed CSV reports now correctly reflect the data shown in the LM UI. We also ensured consistency between CSV exports from the “Export” button, “Email Now,” and scheduled reports.
  • We resolved an issue where the To-Do’s export feature failed to send reports to multiple email recipients. All entered email recipients now receive the To-Do export file correctly.
  • We fixed an issue where leads saved in LeadManaging were displaying a timestamp one hour ahead of the actual activity time. Leads now display the correct timestamp for all recorded activities, including calls, SMS, emails, and bookings.
