Highlight Feature

In our first release of the year, we have added the ability to filter our Lease Agreement Signature report by giving users the option to select the Lease Status prior to report generation. This will ensure that the report that is generated meets the exact User requirements without having to further filter out the data. 

 

Improvements

We have corrected the Filter saving functionality for PV CRM listers. When the users re-add the required filters for specific listers, these will now be saved correctly without users having to re-add them for each session or re-opening of the lister. Please Note: Users will have to re-add their filters on the listers in order for them to be saved correctly.

 

PV Accounting

Highlight Feature

On our most recent exciting release, the CRM now features an updated Proof Of Payment (PoP) document which is very easy to understand the charges a tenant paid for a selected period. The updated document is accessible from the same location on the Tenant page > Actions button > DL Proof of Payment. On the pop up that follows, simply select the Document Type field as Details Grouped by AR Code, and after filling out any other remaining fields, click Proceed.

Improvements

The Aged AP report now reflects when an expense was paid via credit.

 

PV Web Experiences (WEB)

Highlight Feature

We have addressed a reported issue viewing some maintenance requests. On rare occasions, one or more images uploaded with a maintenance request are not viewable. When this occurs the maintenance request was also not viewable, now users are able to access these maintenance requests. Please note: CRM users may find a blank image after the MR is accessed. This will be resolved separately by the PV team. Please contact your customer support representative with any questions or concerns.

 

New Features

We’ve added a new API call for Inspection Service Providers, designed for use with the Inspector App. This update streamlines the process and enhances integration for inspection-related services.

 

Improvements

Vista CRM - Fix to error encountered when accessing tenant portal-generated Maintenance Requests.
