Improvements
We’ve implemented significant updates to enhance sorting and filtering capabilities across the Phone Service UI:
Sorting Enhancements:
- Routes, External Transfers, Auto Attendants, Ring Groups, Greetings: Columns are now sortable by key attributes (e.g., Name, ID, Target Number).
Search and Filter Enhancements:
- Routes, External Transfers, Auto Attendants, Greetings: Added advanced search and multi-select filtering for key attributes (e.g., Name, Greeting Type, Destination Number, and Route Configuration).
Customer Benefit: Improved navigation and data management with sorting and filtering options.
We’ve introduced a Purchase History table in the Tracking Numbers page to provide a record of purchase actions for better tracking and transparency.
- Date: Date of purchase.
- Phone Number: Number purchased.
- Type: Toll-Free or Local.
- Email: Email of the purchaser (based on the logged-in LM user). Note: Shared support accounts (e.g., support@propertyvista.com) are supported.
Customer Benefit:
- Every newly purchased number is logged in the Purchase History table with accurate details.
- Improved transparency and tracking of purchase actions.
The timing of the Today's Appointment Schedule email notification is now scheduled at 6 AM Eastern Standard Time. This ensures that each agent is sent a summary of all upcoming appointments for the day.

Fixes
- For Nurturing-enabled PMCs, we have addressed an issue where LM was not correctly parsing the first and last names from original lead emails into guest cards.
- We have fixed an issue where UTM parameters were not being consistently tracked for leads in LM. The logic for building notes has been updated to display only inbound events, ensuring accurate UTM data is captured for all media sources, including “Property Website.”
- We have addressed a performance issue on the booking form where entering values in the Rental Budget field resulted in slow or unregistered keystrokes. This issue affected the questionnaire page on both mobile and desktop platforms. Users can now fill out the booking form seamlessly without delays or missed inputs.
