Broadcasts: Variables

Variables enable you to personalize your broadcasts and include details about individual tenant in the message.

Variables can be added to a template via the last button on the Insert view of the template editor.

Variables look like "${Tenant.FirstName}" in the template, but get substituted for tenant's information at the time of template execution.

To test the variables you can press Actions -> Preview on the template and then select one of your tenants. The preview will show a broadcast message with variables based on that specific tenant.
