Broadcast filters allow you to narrow down the list of recipients based on common traits. Many examples of filter usage can be found in the 'Default' 'Broadcast' templates, which are preloaded by Property Vista for your convenience.

| Lease From Date Offset | Enter a precise number of Days/Weeks/Month, to identify applicable Leases that began X Days/Weeks/Month ago, after the lease start date. |

Enter a precise number of Days/Weeks/Month, to identify applicable Leases that have ended X Days/Weeks/Month ago, after the lease end date.
This value will be negative in most scenarios, to catch tenants prior to their lease end date. I.e. if your goal is to catch tenants 30 days before their lease end date, the Lease To Date Offset filter should be populated with the value '-30'. |

| Insurance Expiry Date Offset | Enter a precise number of Days/Weeks/Month, to identify that a tenant's insurance will expire in X Days/Weeks/Month. |
View an estimate of the amount of recipients and buildings which will receive a broadcast based on your applied filters -- navigate to Actions -> Execute -> Select the Property Code(s) or Portfolio(s) the broadcast will be sent to -> Click 'Estimate'.
