Highlight Feature

We’ve enhanced the Appointments lister in To-Dos and Guestcard to include the Booking ID directly in the list, improving appointment reference and management. Previously, the Booking ID was only accessible in Building Notes.

  • The In/Out column is now replaced with the Booking ID column.
  • Sorting: Booking IDs can be sorted in ascending or descending order.
  • Search: Users can search for appointments by Booking ID.
  • Export: Booking ID is included in appointment exports.

 

 

Customer Benefit:

This update streamlines appointment management, allowing users to quickly search and sort using Booking ID, enhancing efficiency and precision.

 

Improvements

As we continue our transition to Twilio, here’s what you can expect from the new Phone Service UI in this release:

Users will have limited, read-only access to the Phone Service UI, with the ability to:

  • Listen to greeting files
  • Search and sort through pages of the table
  • Download the Export Tracking Numbers file

If you need assistance with call configurations during this migration phase, please submit a support ticket.
Note: The old Tracking Numbers table is now hidden for all users, and the new Phone Service UI will be fully launched after the Twilio migration.
