Highlight Feature
We’ve introduced a new feature that standardizes the results displayed in the Appointment Events dropdown within LeadManaging. This update is designed to provide consistency and clarity when managing prospects and reviewing historical event data.
The “Update Appointment Details” dropdown is now arranged in a standardized order:
- Leased
- No Lease
- No Show
- Applied
- Toured
If you have custom results configured, they will appear after the standard options, ensuring your specific needs are accommodated without disrupting the overall consistency. This change will not affect the default results for appointments scheduled before the appointment date.
Customer Benefit: By standardizing the results in the “Update Appointment Details” dropdown, we’ve made it easier for you to manage prospects and keep track of appointment outcomes. This consistent set of results ensures that your workflow remains streamlined and clear, while still allowing for any custom results that are important to your specific processes.
Improvements
We fixed an issue where appointment totals on the Agent Performance Dashboard were inconsistent and required a full page refresh to update. Now, all tiles accurately display totals and automatically refresh without needing to refresh the entire page.
